Raphael House Clothing Drive
Raphael House of Portland has helped survivors of domestic violence find safety, hope and independence for over 45 years.
Bridgetown Baby is calling upon the Portland parent community to come together Saturday, October 12th 10:00-12:00 to support survivors and their families.
We are seeking like new baby & toddler clothes up to size 5T and volunteers to help sort donations.

The SE Nurturing Circle is a free group for families from the prenatal period through toddlerhood. We meet Mondays in person to discuss topics regarding parenting, newborns, postpartum, chestfeeding and more.
Resolve Support Group
Hosted by Bridgetown Baby doula Katie Alexander, this Resolve support group is a welcoming space for anyone experiencing challenges in building the family they desire.
This peer-to-peer support group is for women, men, and non-binary people experiencing primary infertility, secondary infertility, and recurrent miscarriage, as well as people pursuing adoption, surrogacy, and other forms of third party reproduction.
Join our experienced facilitator in a safe, non-judgmental container to process emotions and share resources around the process of trying to build a family when obstacles stand in the way.
Each 2nd Tuesday of the month ~ 7:00-8:30 PM
Yoga for Parents (Babies Welcome!)
Yoga for all stages of parenting. Any and all caregivers are welcome to attend this class with their pre and early mobile babies. We will work on releasing tension in all the areas most affected by caring for a baby while interacting with baby in fun and engaging ways. All levels, all gender identities, all caregivers welcome! BIPOC Prenatal Yoga
This class will be a wellness space for those who identify as Black, Indigenous and/or People of Color to provide a community-oriented place for healing, growth, and support during pregnancy.
Designed to provide pregnant people with a safe space to connect with their changing bodies, this class also provides a space for pregnant people to connect their experience to others in their community as well as that of birthing people throughout history, tapping into the innate wisdom within. Lullaby Group
Join Liz Stevens at Musikry in Historic Downtown Gresham. Come for songs, snuggles and support. This is a free support group lead by the founder of Musikry. The Feeding Nest at Pickathon
From August 1-4th, at Pendarvis Farm in Happy Valley, the Family Feeding Nest will provide a quiet respite for pumping, feeding, or simply snuggling with your little(s). Comfy chairs, nursing pillows, power for your breast pump, and safe milk storage for the day await you in the shady dell at Coyote Corner, along with fun programming for older children. Our friendly doulas and lactation consultants will be there to chat and answer question. Milk storage bags provided; bring your own pump.

Infant Craniosacral Therapy is gentle, light touch, hands-on treatment to improve mobility and balance in the body after birth and through development. It can help with fussy babies, digestive difficulties, discomfort, reflux, colic, feeding, teething, sleep, torticollis, flat spots, mobility or sensory issues, and more! Join us for our second year at the PDX Parent Family Fun Festival. We will be there to provide a space to feed your baby, rest, change diapers and offer community support.
Postpartum Yoga
This class is for parents/care takers in their fourth trimester and beyond, aiming to help heal and strengthen the body after birth, while connecting with their little ones. Join fellow parents as we aim to gently relieve areas of the body that need a little extra TLC during this beautiful time of transition. This workshop will include hands-on healing of Thai massage, Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, and Acupuncture during prolonged, supported Restorative yoga poses, with an emphasis on unwinding and softening. Infant Feeding & Lactation Basics for Parents
This 3 hour class is taught by Melissa Curry, a International Board Certified Lactation consultant (IBCLC). She will cover the basics of lactation as well as learning feeding cues, how bodies produce milk, positions and techniques, pumping and answer the most frequently asked questions. Connection & Intimacy During the Fourth Trimester
In this workshop, we will identify and honor the changes that are going on in the body and then work on widening the understanding of connection and intimacy in relationship to your new reality. We will work to create a continuum of connection through the whole postpartum period and discuss intimacy during those challenging first months and how to incorporate sex when ready.
