Pregnancy, birth, and adoption are big transitions. Coming out of the 4th Trimester is another milestone worth celebrating, but is one that can often feel overwhelming. We are happy to support your transition from our care to other care providers, or to life as an independent family.
Over the course of this service, we will go over your baby's specific routine and preferred soothing techniques, discuss feeding methods, and create a plan that works best for your family. This can be very helpful for grandparents or other family members who will be providing care.
