Mamas Day Campaign: Sarah’s Story (Video)

When Sarah arrived in Portland, she was alone, pregnant and single-parenting two young children on the autism spectrum. Apart from her health care team, she had no hands-on help or folks in her corner, advocating for her wellbeing. When her midwife referred her to Portland New Family Fund for a grant to cover postpartum care, that changed - her Bridgetown Baby doula Katherine and the PNFF crew became her supporters, advocates and cheerleaders.

Press play below to hear about the impact of this care, in her own words - and please make a gift today to help expand life-changing care, like Sarah experienced, to more families in need.
