Partner Profile: Ready Set GROW

It takes a village to raise a child, and as an agency we cultivate a village of partner providers who support our clients in making the childbearing year nurtured, healthy and vibrant.

Each month, we profile one of our partners - it’s one more way in which we strive to weave a comprehensive safety net for our clients and build up other local businesses who are also working to shift toward a culture that truly respects and cherishes families.

So much of what we do and learn as parents and parents-to-be comes from the community around us, which is why we love partnering with Ready Set GROW. Founder Daniele Strawmyre, having navigated loss, transition and joy on her parenting journey says, ”I thought about what I wished existed as far as support and healing modalities for parents, their children, and their families, and couldn’t find it anywhere. So I created it!”

Daniele drew inspiration from her work as a dancer, movement teacher and prenatal movement specialist to inform Ready Set GROW’s mission to provide a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for pregnant people, postpartum people, parents, and kids to gain strength, flexibility, and control of their physical health. Parents and expectant parents can find offerings ranging from yoga, dance, and Pilates-based core classes, to educational workshops designed specifically for pregnancy, postpartum (and beyond), parents and kids (sometimes together!), childbirth & parent education, specialized somatically-informed workshops, and more.

We’re proud to partner with Ready Set GROW to provide a wraparound net of support and community for the families we serve. As a Bridgetown Baby partner, Ready Set GROW has a special offer for BB families: two weeks of free unlimited classes - learn more, then register using the discount code BBFamily.

Join us to learn with and from Daniele at the Nurturing Circle on Tuesday, February 22nd at 10:30am!
