Celebrating Papas and Partners Day

As postpartum doulas and lactation consultants, it’s an honor to witness the many-faceted ways that families are formed, function together, and love each other.

While our broader culture often leans on stories about parenting, gender roles, and family structures that are simple, sometimes saccharine sweet, and frankly reductive, we’re inspired by the more expansive reality that we see every day in the families we care for.

Papas and partners - we recognize the hard work of rewriting the narratives and creating new models and traditions, all while navigating the bleary months of the postpartum period and early childhood.

So, to all of you

Love,
